Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong command in English verbal and written communication skills both.
  • Customer-focused attitude, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
